Membership
The membership in the *Swiss Chopin Society of Basel* does not only signify cultural engagement but also offers personal advantages. It allows you to make contacts with artists, to get information about various events in Switzerland and abroad, and to benefit from a reduction of 50 % on tickets for concerts organized by the Swiss Chopin Society of Basel. We would also like to mention our masterclasses held by famous pedagogues. Moreover, our members are offered the possibility of taking part in our cultural trips “in the footsteps” of Chopin. These trips nurture the social life of our society. Natural persons as well as legal persons can join our society as members. The membership fee is CHF 80.- for single persons, CHF 120.- for couples, CHF 35.-for young people under 18, students and CHF 50.- for retirees, and CHF 150.- for firms, companies and natural persons. We are very grateful for any donation and sponsoring, all of which we shall invest in the support of young artists.
